Do I need an app?
No. Hold the keychain near the top of most phones to open the memorial, or point the camera at the QR code. It works on iPhone and Android.

Can everyone in the family have one?
Yes. Set up the memorial with the first keychain, then scan each of the others with the same phone and tap "Link to this memorial". Do this before you give them out, and they will all open the same page.
How do I set it up?
When it arrives, scan it with your phone. You will be asked to create an account, then to add their name and a photo. It takes a couple of minutes, and you can add their story, more photos, a video or a song whenever you are ready.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to UK addresses, and delivery is free. We send every order within 2 working days.
Can I return it?
Yes. If you change your mind, you can return it unused within 14 days of delivery for a refund. You pay the return postage, unless it arrived damaged or faulty.
