Delivery
- We deliver to UK addresses only, and delivery is free.
- We send every order within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
- We email you when your order is on its way.
Changing your mind
- You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your keychain. Email Info@4everwithme.net with your order number.
- Send the keychain back within 14 days of telling us, to 40 Gilpins Manor, Lurgan, BT66 8AG. You pay the return postage.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving it back, to the card or account you paid with.
- If the keychain has been set up with a memorial or used, we may reduce the refund to reflect its loss in value.
Damaged or faulty
If your keychain arrives damaged or does not work, email us with your order number and a photo if you can. We will send a replacement or refund you, and we pay the postage.
