These terms apply when you buy a memorial keychain from 4everwithme.net. Please read them before you order. They do not affect your legal rights.
1. About us
4Ever With Me is run by Mark Murtagh, a sole trader trading as 4Ever With Me, of 40 Gilpins Manor, Lurgan, BT66 8AG. You can contact us at Info@4everwithme.net.
2. What you are buying
A memorial keychain with a chip and a QR code that open a memorial page on 4everwithme.net. The memorial page is included with the keychain, with no subscription or ongoing fees. How memorial pages may be used is covered by our Terms and conditions and Community guidelines.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total you pay, including UK delivery. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider, Stripe, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your card details.
4. Your order
After you order, we email you to confirm it. That email is when the contract between us is made. If we cannot supply your order, we will tell you and refund you in full.
5. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only, free of charge. We send every order within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays), and email you when it is on its way. If there is a delay, we will let you know. The keychain is your responsibility once it has been delivered.
6. Changing your mind (14 days to cancel)
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive your keychain. To cancel, email us at Info@4everwithme.net with your order number. You then have 14 days to send the keychain back to us at 40 Gilpins Manor, Lurgan, BT66 8AG. You pay the cost of returning it.
We will refund the price you paid, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the keychain back (or proof that you have sent it), to the payment method you used. If the keychain has been used, for example set up with a memorial, or handled more than you would in a shop, we may reduce your refund to reflect its loss in value.
7. If something is wrong
If your keychain arrives damaged, is faulty or does not work as described, email us and we will put it right. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject a faulty item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and after that you are entitled to a repair or replacement. We pay the cost of returning faulty items.
8. The memorial page
Setting up the memorial page needs an account. The person who sets it up looks after the page and is responsible for what they add to it. We may remove content that breaks our Community guidelines.
9. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it.
10. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of Northern Ireland. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
