4Ever With Me exists to provide a respectful space for remembrance, reflection, and
shared memories.
We ask all users and visitors to engage with empathy, kindness, and consideration for
others who may be grieving.
2. Respectful Conduct
You must:
Treat others with dignity and respect
Be mindful that grief affects people differently
Communicate thoughtfully and compassionately
We will not tolerate behaviour that undermines the purpose of the platform.
3. Acceptable Content
The following are welcome on 4Ever With Me:
Genuine tributes and memories
Messages of support and remembrance
Photographs shared with consent
Music that holds personal meaning
Content should always be shared with care and lawful authority.
4. Prohibited Content
The following is not permitted:
Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
Abusive, threatening, or intimidating language
Defamatory or false statements about individuals
Content intended to provoke conflict
Sharing private information without consent
Graphic, disturbing, or inappropriate material
Commercial promotions or spam
5. Children’s Memorials
Memorials relating to children require particular sensitivity.
Content must:
Be shared by a parent, guardian, or authorised adult
Avoid unnecessary or intrusive detail
Respect the privacy of surviving family members
We may remove content where authority or appropriateness is unclear.
6. Third-Party Tributes
Friends and family may submit tributes.
By submitting a tribute, you confirm:
You have the right to share the content
The content is respectful and accurate
You accept that it may be reviewed or removed
We do not verify submissions prior to publication.
7. Public Visibility
Memorial pages are public by default.
Please consider:
What information you choose to share
That content may be viewed or shared by others
That removal after publication may not prevent prior sharing
8. Reporting Concerns
If you encounter content that you believe breaches these Guidelines, please report it by

We review reports in line with our Content Removal & Complaints Policy.
9. Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
Remove or edit content
Restrict or disable accounts
Remove entire memorial pages
Decisions are made at our discretion and in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
10. No Debate or Appeals Process
Due to the sensitive nature of memorial content:
Decisions may be made without prior notice
We are not required to enter into prolonged debate
Our decisions are final unless required otherwise by law

These Guidelines may be updated from time to time.
