4. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Memorials for children are permitted only where created by a parent, guardian, or
authorised adult.
By using the Platform, you confirm you have the legal authority to submit all content
provided.
5. Public Nature of Memorial Pages
All memorial pages are public by default.
You acknowledge and accept that:
Content may be viewed by anyone
Content may be shared or indexed by search engines
We cannot control how third parties use publicly available content
You are solely responsible for the information you choose to publish.
6. User Content & Responsibility
You retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting content you grant us a
non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute
that content as necessary to operate the Platform.

You confirm that your content:
Is accurate to the best of your knowledge
Does not infringe copyright, privacy, or other rights
Is not defamatory, misleading, abusive, or unlawful
Does not contain hate speech, threats, or harassment
7. Sensitive & Third-Party Information
You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
You have consent to share information about others
You do not unlawfully disclose private or sensitive data
We are not responsible for memorial content submitted by users or third parties.
8. Children’s Memorials
Memorials relating to children must be created with care and lawful authority.
We do not verify relationships. Responsibility lies entirely with the submitting user.
9. Third-Party Contributions
Friends and family may submit tributes.
You accept that:

We do not endorse or approve third-party content
We are not liable for disputes arising from tributes
10. Moderation & Takedown
We reserve the absolute right, but not the obligation, to:
Edit, restrict, or remove any content
Suspend or terminate accounts
Remove memorial pages without notice where required by law or risk
This includes content that is:
Reported
Disputed

Potentially defamatory
In breach of these Terms
11. No Obligation to Retain Content
We do not guarantee permanent storage of memorials or uploaded content.
You are responsible for maintaining your own copies. We accept no liability for loss of
data due to:
Technical failure
Service changes
Security incidents
Account termination
12. Spotify & Third-Party Services
Spotify embeds are provided via third-party services.

Are not responsible for availability, licensing, or playback
Do not guarantee continued functionality
Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We exclude all liability for indirect or consequential loss
Our total liability shall not exceed £100 or the amount you paid (if any), whichever is
lower
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by
negligence, fraud, or misrepresentation where prohibited by law.
16. Indemnity
You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless 4Ever With Me against all claims,
losses, damages, and legal costs arising from:
Your content
Your breach of these Terms
Any dispute involving memorial content you submitted
17. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account:

Without liability
For any breach or risk to the Platform
Termination does not remove your obligations under these Terms.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern
